Medieval Times Cookie Castle Build
Your Troop’s 2026 Castle Challenge
Troop leaders, step into a world of imagination as your scout troop transforms cookie boxes into a mighty medieval castle! This hands-on build sparks creativity and collaboration as your scouts plan, build, and problem-solve together. Submit a photo of your castle to enter the contest and compete against other troops registered to your selected Medieval Times castle for one of six winning prizes. 2026 participating castles are Orlando, FL; Buena Park, CA; Lyndhurst, NJ; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Myrtle Beach, SC; Baltimore, MD; Atlanta, GA; and Scottsdale, AZ. Councils are not associated with this sweepstakes. This is an optional, independently organized activity designed for troop participation during cookie season.

2026 Deadlines
- Dec 29, 2025: Contest begins
- Jan 18 – Feb 28: Photo submissions accepted
- Mar 2 – 8: Voting! Photos will be posted to the Woobox voting platform and linked from the Medieval Times Facebook and Instagram accounts. This is the week to share your troop’s photo and encourage friends and family to vote and support your troop! Voting ends March 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST.
- Mar 11: Winners announced
- Mar 12- 23: Prizes distributed
How to Enter
- Register below to download your Medieval Times printable crowns. Troop leaders should register first before beginning the castle build.
- Build your castle using cookie boxes, printed crowns, and any creative elements your troop wants to include. Make sure your troop number is included somewhere in the design.
- Prepare your photo for submission. Your photo must include
- Your completed cookie-box castle
- At least one printed green Medieval Times crown
- At least one printed yellow Medieval Times crown
- A clearly visible troop number

- Submit your troop’s photo below on the Woobox platform by February 28, 2026.
- Once approved, your photo will appear in the Woobox gallery and the Medieval Times Facebook page by March 2, 2026.
- Encourage your friends and family to vote for your troop through Woobox!
- Winners will be announced March 11, 2026 via email and on this page.
- Prizes will be distributed to winning troops by March 23, 2026.

Register your troop to join the Medieval Times Cookie Castle Build. Once registered, you’ll receive links to download and print your green and yellow Medieval Times crowns. These crowns must be included in your castle build and in your submission photo.

Ready to enter? Submit your photo through the Woobox platform, January 18 - February 28, 2026. Make sure your photo meets all entry guidelines below, including visible crowns and troop number. Approved photos will appear in the Woobox gallery and the Medieval Times Facebook page for voting.

Eligibility & Entry Requirements
- Open to all scout troops participating in their 2026 cookie program.
- Prizes apply only to the nine participating Medieval Times castles: Orlando, FL; Buena Park, CA; Lyndhurst, NJ; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Myrtle Beach, SC; Baltimore, MD; Atlanta, GA; Scottsdale, AZ
- Entries must be submitted by a troop leader through the Woobox platform.
- One entry per troop.
- Make sure your photo meets all entry guidelines, including visible crowns and troop number. See last year’s entries here for inspiration.
- Voting must be completed through Woobox. Likes or reactions on social media do not count.
- To limit bots, only one vote per IP address in the U.S. or Canada will be accepted.
- Winners are determined by the highest number of qualified votes.
- Medieval Times reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of each entry.
