Training for Combat

Knights take a pledge to be chivalrous in all realms of life. They must be strong, agile and pure of heart. Their journey begins with intensive training, where they develop skills needed to protect the most vulnerable in the Kingdom.

You won’t have to walk far to come across medieval artifacts. Those who are courageous enough can visit the Museum of Torture featuring replicas of historic torture devices, while those looking to get the revelry started can purchase a sword at the gift shop or partake in an adult beverage from our bar.

Donning iron clad armor and wielding the most advanced weaponry of the Middle Ages, these knights will have to call upon all of their training, bravery and their gallant steeds to win the tournament and preserve peace in the kingdom.

Authentic Production

Step into the interior to discover 11th Century Spain. You can join the ranks of the elite by partaking in our pre-show knighting ceremony and even meet the highly skilled horses and falcon that are part of the show.

Friesian Horses

The powerhouse of the horse world, the Friesian has the strength to carry a knight in heavy armor.

Because of this strength, it’s believed that the Friesian came into popularity in the Middle Ages as a war horse. This regal steed is distinguished by a long, gorgeous mane and beautiful hooves. Through the centuries, the breed almost went extinct, but has made a big comeback as a performance horse. During our show, the Friesian has the honor of carrying the Lord Marshal onto the field.
