July 7, 2009/Lyndhurst, New Jersey - Medieval Times is celebrating its 25th year in North America. Scott Limberg has been a performer in the show for almost eight years. In addition to portraying an 11th century knight in the high energy production, his job also includes overseeing the fight routines to ensure they are accurate and safe. The show's success, which features sword fighting, jousting, and special effects, hinges on detailed planning, training, and choreography.
